Terms of Usage

A Warm Welcome!

Gratitude to you for showing interest in Ensuram Services, affectionately known as "Ensuram", "we", or "us". We would love to guide you through our online channels including Ensuram.com, our related platforms, insurance agent services, applications, communication tools (like chat features and call centers) along with a bouquet of other services we bring to you (all of them together forming our "Service"). These Terms of Use, our guiding principles, are your agreement with us while using our Service.

HOLD ON! HERE'S SOMETHING IMPORTANT: By pressing “CREATE ACCOUNT” or another similar button on the site to send us your details or by using our Service in any other way, you are saying that you've read, understood, and agreed to adhere to our Terms and Conditions, including Ensuram's Privacy Policy (collectively known as the “TERMS”). If you are under 18 or you do not agree with the Terms, we regret to inform you that you're not authorized to use our Service.

Also, please note, all disagreements or disputes that may arise between you and Ensuram will be handled through BINDING ARBITRATION. This means, you forfeit your right to knock on the doors of the court to affirm or defend your rights under this contract, unless it's a matter for the small claims court. Instead, a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, not a judge or jury, will decide your rights and you can't file a class action suit. To understand more about this, take a look at Section 21 (“Dispute Resolution and Arbitration”).

What's Our Role?

Ensuram is your guide to navigate through various insurance and related products. We don't provide insurance ourselves but connect you with third-party providers who do. A word of advice: Don't cancel any current insurance until the company you're applying to confirms in writing that your new policy is active.

Who Can Use Our Service?

You need to be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you agree to our Terms, you're assuring us that you're 18 or above, have never been barred or suspended from using our Service, and your use of our Service is in sync with all the legalities.

Account Creation and Registration

Feel free to explore our products without registering. However, if you want to make a purchase, you'll need an account. During registration, we'll ask for some personal information like your email address. You promise us that all the details you give are correct and will be updated if needed. The confidentiality of your account and password is your responsibility.

Communication is Key!

When you provide your contact information, including your phone number during registration, you agree to receive communications from us. This might include emails, calls, text messages, and so forth. Don't worry, these are typically for informational and promotional purposes.

Arbitration – The Way to Solve Disputes

Remember, if a dispute arises, it'll be sorted out through binding arbitration. Instead of going to court, a neutral arbitrator will decide the outcome. It’s a final decision, though there’s a limited right of appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Changes – They are Inevitable

We hold the right to change these Terms at our sole discretion, any time. If the change is significant, we promise to inform you at least 30 days before it comes into effect.

If you ever need help with our Service, just text HELP as a reply to one of our messages. If you have other questions or need additional support, feel free to contact one of our Ensuram customer representatives at care@ensuram.com.

Choices about Communication

WANT TO OPT OUT OF MARKETING EMAILS? No problem! You just need to follow the unsubscribe options embedded within the email. Want to stop receiving text messages? Just reply STOP from your mobile device. If you'd rather not receive marketing calls or calls to your mobile number, simply make a 'Do Not Call' request during a call you receive from us or call back the phone number provided during the call. You can also shoot an email to donotcall@ensuram.com if you wish to opt out of texts or phone calls.

Please note, it might take some time for us to process your request, so you might continue to receive communications during this period. You'll also get a message confirming the receipt of your opt-out request. And even after you've opted out of marketing messages, you may still receive important non-marketing communications such as confirmations or updates related to your account, insurance applications or transactions through our Service.

Updating Your Information

If you wish to correct or update your contact information, you can reach us at customerservice@ensuram.com . If you have an online account with us, simply click on “My Account” or “Log In” (or a similar link) on our website, sign in using your email and password, and update your details there.

Payment Terms

If you provide payment information for a purchase or an application, the payment goes directly to the respective company offering the product.

User Content: You Own It; We Use It

Some features of our Service allow users to upload content (“User Content”). Don’t worry, you keep any copyright or other proprietary rights you may have in the User Content. But by posting or publishing it, you’re granting us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license (with the right to sublicense) to use your User Content (including hosting, storing, transferring, displaying, reproducing, modifying for display and distributing it, wholly or partially).

You're Responsible for Your Content

Remember, you are responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it. When you do post or publish, you're promising us that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to allow us and users of the Service to use your User Content in accordance with these Terms. You're also ensuring that your User Content doesn't and won't infringe or violate anyone else's rights or cause Ensuram to violate any laws or regulations

User Content Guidelines:

User Content and Giving eHealth and Other Users Permission: Our platform allows you to upload and share content, which we'll call "User Content". While you still own this content, by posting it, you're giving us, and other users, permission to use it. We can use it in a lot of different ways, including hosting it, sharing it, changing it to fit better on our website, and showing it to others.

You Promise That Your User Content is Okay to Use: You are sure that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. We can use this information internally or with our partners to improve operations and for your security.

User Content Disclaimer: We want to be clear that we don't guarantee any content posted by users. The content users post doesn't represent our views or values, and we're not responsible for any content that users post. If there are any issues or legal questions about something a user has posted, that user is responsible for them, not us.
